It’s not that Adobe isn’t known for offering generous trials across the entirety of its product portfolio but the company still managed to took many by surprise with its latest Premiere Rush update which introduced an entire library of royalty-free music and sound effects as part of the said mobile app for Android and iOS devices.

This marvelous piece of news, announced earlier today, happened thanks to Adobe’s partnership with Splice, an American multimedia asset platform for professional content creators that pretty much volunteered the free audio library in question.

The said addition to the already wide range of Premiere Rush capabilities includes hundreds of assets which you can access after updating your local installation to the latest version, the very same one that just began rolling out across the United States. Naturally, the app still aims to keep you inside Adobe’s ecosystem, and this addition also means you can expect to be offered thhe rest of the Splice service, currently available as a subscription starting at $7.99 per month, not accounting for a complimentary two-week trial period available to everyone free of charge, no questions asked.

As for the app itself, Premiere Rush is still free to download on both Android and iOS, as was always the case.
